The Truth About Loosing Weight - Pt 1

I am tempted to make this post,not of malice nor hatred but out passion to set records straight because I see a lot of people who sell lose weight smiling to the bank on daily basis while the people who bought the stuffs have, no good story about what they bought.

Some will even tell you that they gained weight after taken certain lose weight stuffs, that will make wonder.What's wrong?

The truth is that there's nothing really except that we are unique personalities, each of us wired different that it is absolutely different to get what worked for MR A to work for MR H. So instead of jumping from one stuff to another that promises weight loss.

Take your time to study for yourself, casting your mind back to your habits( especially eating) when you were not yet as big as you are and then try your best to revert back to those habits because we have discovered that the primary cause of weight gain lies in habits.
